I'm not good with bios but here it goes...
I was raised on playing sports and watching cartoons, tv shows, and movies. My favorite genres are Sci-fi and Fantasy. I've watched almost every superhero movie and tv show. I play Dungeon and Dragons and Magic the Gathering. Gaming is my second love! What I do for a living is a Head Coach at a local boot camp gym.
There is a quote I live by every day and I try to follow this rule.

An avid commander player since 2014, Coastal (aka the man of many AKAs) joined the podcast in 2021 to provide his special brand of insights and nonsense to Unhinged Vibes, first as a special guest for commander talks and then soon after as a full-time contributor and some-time host. A lifelong fan of video games, comic books, and Jean-Claude Van Damme movies, he has yet to see a spin kick he didn't love. His less nerdy interests include sports (Go Jets, Spurs, and Blue Bombers), SNL, stand-up comedy, and complaining about not working out enough. A single dad and former high school basketball coach, his 9-to-5 title is an unnecessary long one, as his business card lists him as a Business Planning and Development Analyst.

As a child, I grew up with the usual staples in a kid's life (video games, board games, sports, movies, and TV). As I got older, I still enjoy the same things I did as a kid, even more so now. I have also ventured into new things such as dance and the wonderful world of Magic the Gathering (thanks Caramell Thunder). Recently, I have embarked on a journey with Caramell Thunder and Coast Dynasty into the Unhinged Vibes Podcast where we get to talk about things that we enjoy, past and present. I am a firm believer of trying anything once....and right now, Unhinged Vibes is great. Enjoy everyone...
